SDGs Hackathon 

SDGs Hackathon is a 30-hours non-stop hack of social innovation, skill training and team buidling for the next generation of social entrepreneurs to hack the biggest social challenges for Thailand.

The biggest SDGs Hackathon in Thailand

Calling for application for the biggest SDGs Hackathon in Thailand.

Designer, business developer, tech geek, data scientist, artist, researcher, students or anyone from allover Thailand, UNDP invites you to come and HACK together for 30-hour non-stop on the biggest social challenges for Thailand


and Social Inclusion

Sustainable Tourism

Food Consumption and Production

A chance to work with other talented people from various professions, form a team of your own, receive advice and connect with leading experts in the industry as well as a good start to develop interesting ideas for the coming Youth Co:Lab Thailand.

Hackers’ time and venue:

SDGs Hackathon will start at 9am Saturday and end at 3pm Sunday in the following venue;

North – Chiang Mai: 4-5 August

Northeast – Khon Kaen: 18-19 August

South – Trang: 25-26 August 

Central - Bangkok: 1-2 September 

What’s going to happen in 30 hour?

  • Meet with other talents and form a dream team

  • Understand the SDGs as well as the challenges and opportunities 

  • Brainstorming for ideation

  • Coaching and mentoring from leading experts 

  • Prototype and test your ideas

  • Pitch your project and receive valuable feedback

What will I get from joining SDGs hackathon?

  • Creative inspiration to better your community

  • connect with leading experts from various industries

  • Certificate of participation from UNDP Thailand

  • A chance to join Youth Co:Lab 2018 talks and dialogue for free

  • Special for youth between 18-29 years old, a good opportunity to take forward the ideas to apply to the upcoming Youth Co:Lab in October. 

Other details

  • SDGs Hackathon will start from 9am Saturday and end on 3pm Sunday – a total of 30 hours

  • You may bring sleeping bag and blankets to rest in the venue

  • No shower room provided. 

  • Look forward to food, drinks, and other fun activities!
